The inspection process
Finished products pass through the measuring room before shipment. Anything that does not match the figures you requested is not shipped.
Measurement after machining
We measure the finished part against the dimensions on the drawing.
Visual inspection
The surface is inspected for dents, cracks and breakage.
Re-check after cleaning
After cleaning we check it once more.
Shipment via the measuring room
Parts that have passed the measuring room ship in dedicated packaging matched to the product.
Tolerances and drawings
To the customer's drawing
We machine to the customer's design drawing and measure the dimensions it specifies.
Tolerance control
Judged against the permissible range agreed with you.
Shipment decision
Anything that does not match the figures you requested is not shipped.

Noting the dimensions and tolerances you need checked speeds up the review. If you have a sample, we can work from that as well.
