Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms cover the information and services the Company provides through the Site (the "Service") and sets out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user in connection with that use.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The Site has no sign-up process. These Terms therefore contain no provisions on membership, accounts, or withdrawal.

• "Site" means the site the Company operates to provide product and technical information and to receive inquiries, koreatungsten.com and its sub-pages.
• "User" means a person who visits the Site and uses the Service under these Terms.
• "Contact" means a quotation request, sample request, consultation request, or similar that a user sends to the Company through the inquiry form on the Site.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

① These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.

② The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Amended Terms state the effective date and the reason for the change, and are posted on the Site from seven days before that date.

③ A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Scope of the Service)

The Company provides the following services through the Site.

• Providing product, material, and technical information
• Providing company news and resource library documents
• Receiving and answering quotation, sample, and technical inquiries

Article 5 (User Obligations)

When using the Service, users must not do any of the following.

• Using another person's information, or submitting an inquiry with false content
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information posted by the Company without prior consent
• Deliberately disrupting operation of the Site, or generating excessive requests by automated means
• Transmitting files containing malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Any other act that violates applicable law

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

① Rights to all works posted on the Site (documents, photographs, drawings, trademarks, designs, and the like) belong to the Company or the rightful owner.

② Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from them without the Company's prior written consent.

③ Rights to drawings, specifications, and similar materials a user provides when making an inquiry remain with the user, and the Company uses them only to review and answer that inquiry.

Article 7 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, inspection, replacement, equipment failure, loss of communication, natural disaster, or other force majeure. In such cases the Company gives notice on the Site in advance, or afterwards where advance notice is not possible.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

① Product specifications, figures, and drawings on the Site are for reference; actual delivery specifications follow the individual contract.

② The Company bears no liability where it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disaster or communication failure.

③ The Company is not responsible for judgments a user makes based on information posted on the Site, or for their consequences.

④ The Company is not responsible for the content of sites reached through external links on the Site.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① The laws of the Republic of Korea govern the interpretation and application of these Terms.

② If a dispute arises between the Company and a user in connection with use of the Service, both parties shall confer in good faith to resolve it. If no agreement is reached, suit shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
