OVERVIEW
At Korea Tungsten a product goes through incoming, machining, measurement, inspection and shipment. At each stage we check it against the drawing and the specification you requested, and if it does not match it does not go to the next stage.

Checking does not begin after machining is finished. Tungsten is brittle, and a micro-crack left in the raw material leads to breakage during machining, so we manage it from the moment the material arrives.

Finished products are measured to confirm the figures and inspected for appearance. After cleaning they are checked once more, then pass through the measuring room and ship in dedicated packaging matched to the product's shape.

Finished products pass through the measuring room before shipment. We verify the dimensions, geometry and surface condition on the drawing against the actual product, and we do not ship anything that does not match the figures you requested.
