Every process from receiving raw material to shipping the finished part is handled domestically. No intermediate machining goes overseas, so the supply chain is short and there is one place to come to when something needs checking.

PROCESS

The process has four stages

Raw material goes through four stages before leaving as a finished product.

01 Incoming

We receive the raw material and verify its composition and dimensions.

02 Machining

We cut, form and heat treat to the drawing.

03 Inspection

We inspect dimensions and surface and keep the records.

04 Shipment

We pack it and send it to the customer.

We keep the technology inside the company

We operate a corporate research institute. Korea Industrial Technology Association accreditation No. 2009111274, first accredited 28 July 2009.

Our intellectual property comprises three patents and two utility models. They are rights over the machining methods themselves, including apparatus and methods for producing tungsten plated wire and a method of producing tungsten discharge pins for static elimination.
